Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Overseas Agent Handling Executive. The role involves managing relationships with overseas agents, coordinating logistics, communicating with international partners, and ensuring smooth operations for shipments. Responsibilities also include managing customer inquiries, troubleshooting shipping-related issues, and maintaining accurate documentation while upholding high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in logistics operations, shipment coordination, and supply chain processes
  • Detail-oriented with skills in documentation and records management
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance requirements
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry is a plus
