Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AR Caller at Lapiz Digital Services located in Guindy RR Tower 4. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing accounts receivable functions, contacting insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding balances, and ensuring timely payment processing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in accounts receivable and collections
  • Knowledge of medical billing and insurance procedures
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Previous experience in healthcare or medical billing is a plus
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
