Job Title: AR Caller – RCM (Fresher)

Location: Guindy

Job Type: Full-Time / Night Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our healthcare RCM team as AR Callers. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies in the US to follow up on pending or denied medical claims. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates looking to build a career in the healthcare BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze medical claims assigned in the system.
  • Make outbound calls to insurance companies (payer) to resolve outstanding claims.
  • Follow up on the status of submitted claims and initiate corrective actions if required.
  • Understand and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB), denial codes, and claim status.
  • Update the system with appropriate notes based on call outcomes.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity and quality targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Basic understanding of the US healthcare system is a plus.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift).
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail.

Educational Qualification:

  • Any graduate (B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, BBA, BCA, etc.)
  • 2023 / 2024 pass-outs are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
