Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented
Marketing Coordinator
to join our growing team in Surat. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and executing our marketing and sales initiatives, coordinating promotional events, and creating engaging marketing content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and strong communication across all stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities coordinate
    and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Assist the sales team in managing leads, inquiries, and client follow-ups
  • Plan and support marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions
  • Write and edit marketing content, including social media posts, emails, and brochures
  • Manage multiple marketing projects and track performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure brand consistency
  • Maintain marketing materials and oversee their distribution
  • Qualifications & Skills Strong
    verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in
    sales coordination
    and
    event planning
  • Solid understanding of project management
    principles
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with the ability to also work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus
