Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and communicative
Project Manager

with 2+ years of experience to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of AI-driven solutions. You will act as a bridge between our technical team and clients, ensuring clear communication, timely execution, and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end project delivery across AI and digital transformation engagements
  • Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Guide and mentor junior team members to ensure alignment and productivity
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Conduct client meetings, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans
  • Ensure smooth communication across all levels, from developers to CXOs

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in project management (preferably in tech/AI/digital domains)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and guide junior team members
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in agile environments
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles is a big plus

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to AI/ML or digital consulting projects
  • PMP/Agile/Scrum certification
