Hiring Senior Manager - HCC Coding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HCC coding operations, ensuring process excellence and adherence to defined service levels.
  • Monitor and report project updates, performance metrics, and deliverables to senior leadership.
  • Review client escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain high accuracy in coding transactions and ensure billing compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support functions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Foster a culture of trust, engagement, and accountability across teams to meet performance goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, with exposure to automation or RPA tools.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in Healthcare Operations, with at least 5 years in HCC Coding leadership.
  • Strong background in team management, with the ability to lead large, diverse teams.
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) certification is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
