About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and proactive
Senior Manager – Supply Chain Management
to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food services supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to distribution, and the technical know-how to drive efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and streamline the complete supply chain process — procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Plan and forecast demand to ensure smooth supply and zero stockouts across outlets.
  • Develop strong vendor partnerships and ensure consistent supply of quality materials at the best cost.
  • Implement ERP/SCM tools for process automation, data analytics, and inventory management.
  • Optimize logistics and cold chain operations to ensure timely and safe delivery of food materials.
  • Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and food safety compliance standards.
  • Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the supply chain team for operational excellence.

What We're Looking for

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Food Technology.
  • 5–7 years of hands-on experience in supply chain management within
    food services, QSR, or FMCG
    .
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain management and inventory planning.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Passionate about efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
