Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented
Business Development Executive – Field Sales
to join our growing team at Gubbacci Apparel Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned region. Experience in B2B sales, particularly in uniforms, apparel, or institutional sales, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
  • Meet with schools, colleges, corporates, and other institutions to pitch uniform and apparel solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demos.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, prospects, and client interactions using CRM or other tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on field activities and performance to the management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience
    in field sales or business development.
  • Prior experience in
    apparel, uniforms, or B2B sales
    is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
