Coast to Coast Designs (Pvt) Ltd has established itself as one of the biggest Wood Veneer suppliers in the Indian Interior Infrastructure Industry. Our customer goodwill is the product of our regular supply of quality Wood Veneers sourced from different parts of the world for the past one and a half decades. Our clients include many well-established market leaders across the country, including wood veneer-faced panel manufacturers, furniture manufacturers, architects, interiors designers and contractors. Responsibilities  Create all the strategies for the marketing teams, like the digital, communications, advertising, and creative.  Prepare all the monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget plans for the marketing and PR department.  Monitors and evaluates ROI to make sure marketing initiatives are having a beneficial financial effect.  Keeps track of and enhances website visitor conversion rates to accomplish targeted goals and assesses the success of marketing initiatives.  Oversees the implementation of plans to improve user experience, engagement, and website traffic. Utilises data to focus on online marketing activities.  Carries out brand awareness initiatives and tracks brand recognition using social media, surveys, and other tools to evaluate the effectiveness of raising brand awareness.  Maintains a social media presence, keeping tabs on important indicators, including reach, engagement rates, and followers.  Analyzing all media coverage of the organization and drafting appropriate responses  Monitor all kinds of Competition like price changes, acquisitions, and new products and their features.

 Developing and implementing publicity strategies for the company's products and services, including a crisis management strategy  Developing and implementing organizational publicity strategies for company events  Organizing promotional events such as press tours and conferences  Representing the organization at Events, Exhibitions, conferences, interviews, etc. Requirements  Master's degree in Marketing/Communications from a top-tier business school  Excellent oral and written communication skills  Demonstrated success within B2B/B2C marketing  Strong understanding of Excel and analytic along with data mining  Strong project management skills  Excellent attention to detail  An analytical mind and problem-solving skills
