Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Equity Dealer to join our dealing desk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing trades on behalf of clients, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, and providing real-time market information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute buy/sell orders on equity, derivatives (F&O), and other exchange-traded products as per client instructions.
  • Monitor client positions and ensure timely margin calls.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through prompt service and proactive communication.
  • Coordinate with the research and advisory team to implement trading strategies.
  • Keep clients updated with relevant market news, research, and trading recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, risk management, and SEBI regulations.
  • Monitor real-time markets and inform clients about significant movements.
  • Generate brokerage and revenue through client engagement and trading activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and trading activity.
  • Assist in onboarding and activation of new clients, including KYC verification.

Key Skills Required

  • Thorough understanding of equity, F&O, and capital markets.
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with trading platforms like ODIN, NOW, NEST, etc.
  • Knowledge of SEBI regulations and exchange compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
  • NISM Series VIII Equity Derivatives Certification (Mandatory)
  • NISM Series VII – Securities Operations and Risk Management (preferred)
  • MBA/PGDM in Finance is a plus.
