Role Overview

You will handle accurate data entry & tabulation of hospital bills, reconciliation with claim records, and account/bank verification for settlements. This role suits fresh graduates and early-career professionals seeking a strong start in non-sales healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and tabulate hospital bills in the Medi Assist portal with high accuracy.
  • Reconcile* bill data with claim records; ensure correct and compliant submissions within TAT*.
  • Perform account/bank detail verification (cheque/NEFT/IFSC) for claim settlements; maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies; meet productivity, quality, and schedule targets.
  • Maintain strict data confidentiality and compliance.

Eligibility & Required Skills

  • Education: Any Graduate (all streams welcome).
  • Typing Accurately
  • Excel basics: Sorting/filtering, simple formulas, data hygiene.
  • Reconciliation mindset & attention to detail; error-free numeric handling.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal updates; proper escalation notes.
  • Readiness for rotational shifts, reliability, and adherence to attendance/TAT.

Note: Final work location (Singasandra or IBC Knowledge Park) will be assigned based on business needs.
