Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our Client in India. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, training and performance management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR policies, enhancing employee engagement and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Compliance & Policy Development

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale and retention.

Performance Management & Training

  • Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training & development programs to enhance skills and productivity.

HR Strategy & Compensation

  • Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in managing compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR field
  • Logistics industry background will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to support HR initiatives and team functions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle HR-related issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and technology (HRMS, ATS, payroll systems).
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
