HV Wiring Harness Layout Design Engineer – Delhi / Gurugram (Client Location)

Designation: Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager

Education: Diploma or B.E. in Engineering (Minimum 2 years' experience in Wiring Harness Industry)

Location: Client Location – Delhi / Gurugram

Job Description

We are looking for skilled professionals experienced in High Voltage (HV) Wiring Harness Layout Design for passenger vehicles. The role involves developing, validating, and optimizing wiring harness layouts as per vehicle architecture and customer specifications.

Key Skills Required

HV Wiring Harness Layout & Packaging

Vehicle HV Wiring Harness Routing

Vehicle Architecture Design, Verification & Validation

Vehicle Topology Creation & Benchmarking

Knowledge of Harness Manufacturing Processes

HV Component Knowledge

Understanding of EV Wiring Harness Systems & Associated Devices

Roles & Responsibilities

Create 3D HV Wiring Harness Layouts in UG NX and prepare 2D drawings.

Obtain customer approvals for design and drawings.

Coordinate with customers to complete design and development activities.

Interact with internal cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.

Conduct design reviews, check and release drawings to customers and plant teams.

Prepare and release Engineering Change Notes (ECN).

Experience

Minimum 2 years to 10+ yrs of experience in Wiring Harness Design, preferably in the automotive or EV sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: On-site – Client Location, Delhi / Gurugram
