Job Description:

  • Develop and implement creative visual merchandising concepts for showroom displays, window décor, and product arrangements.
  • Ensure showroom aesthetics align with the brand's premium and luxury identity.
  • Create seasonal themes, layouts, and storytelling displays that engage and inspire customers.
  • Curate and select products thoughtfully for display to highlight design stories, key collections, and customer appeal.
  • Work closely with sales and design teams to highlight key collections, new arrivals, and promotions.
  • Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation, ensuring products are displayed attractively and effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze customer response to layouts and displays to optimize product visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, and installers for props, signage, lighting, and décor setups.
  • Stay updated with luxury retail trends, design innovations, and competitor displays.
  • Prepare display guidelines, mood boards, and planograms for management approval.
  • Manage showroom styling for photoshoots, events, and client walkthroughs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2 + years of experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in luxury furniture, décor, lifestyle, or fashion retail.
  • Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, space management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent creativity, trend awareness, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
