Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior E-commerce Coordinator role based in Chennai. The Junior E-commerce Coordinator will assist in managing the company's e-commerce platform, ensure a smooth customer experience, and support order processing and inventory management. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring sales performance, and addressing customer inquiries to maintain excellence in service. The role also involves updating product listings, implementing promotional strategies, and analyzing online sales metrics to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent team player, should be able to communicate with cross teams
  • Proficiency in E-Commerce operations, including managing platforms and optimizing product listings
  • Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data and identifying growth opportunities
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address customer queries and maintain satisfaction
  • Experience in Sales, with an understanding of online sales strategies and techniques
  • Organizational and time-management abilities for effective coordination of tasks and team collaboration
  • Must be able to generate content for social media platforms
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital tools will be advantageous
