Content & Social Media Coordinator (Male/Female)

Department: MD Office / Corporate Communications

Location: Jalna

Reports To: Managing Director (MD)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to support the Managing Director in day-to-day office tasks, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong writing ability, and be well-versed in platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional/social networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the MD in daily office operations, meetings, and communication.
  • Create, edit, and manage content for internal and external communication, including posts, articles, newsletters, and presentations.
  • Manage and grow the companys social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Draft professional emails, letters, and documents on behalf of the MD.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for updates, announcements, and campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest engaging content ideas.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all communications and work-related matters.
  • Support in event coordination, online campaigns, and digital branding activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Well-versed with LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Professional appearance, confident, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Previous experience supporting senior management or MD-level executives.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
