This role is hands-on and diverse: you’ll be shooting, editing, posting, and analyzing content, while also supporting the team with creative setups, decor styling, and photoshoots. Because we’re a small team, flexibility is key — you’ll be involved in a bit of everything, working closely with other departments to bring the hotel’s aesthetic and values to life both online and offline.Your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing a social media strategy that align with Karma Chalets Creating and curating engaging content that reflects our boutique identity Leading collaborations with influencers, creators, and like-minded brands Analyzing insights and adapting strategies to maximize reach & impact Plan, guide, and manage shoots & creativesWhat we’re looking for: 2–3 years of experience in social media management Strong aesthetic sense + strategic thinking Experience managing collaborations and partnerships Up-to-date with digital trends and content formats Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience is a plusApply at vanshika@karmachalets.co.in / hr@karmachalets.co.in
