About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and camera-friendly Anchor/VJ/Host to lead our on-screen content, engage with audiences, and deliver high-quality presentations across digital and broadcast platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host shows, interviews, live sessions, podcasts, and digital content.
  • Present news/features/stories in an engaging, conversational, and clear style.
  • Coordinate with writers, producers, and the creative team on scripts, concepts, and storyboards.
  • Conduct on-ground interviews, event coverage, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain strong on-camera presence and adapt to various content formats (short-form, long-form, reels, live).
  • Collaborate with production for smooth shoot execution—voiceovers, retakes, B-roll, transitions, etc.
  • Stay updated on trends to bring fresh ideas for content and presentation.
  • Represent the brand professionally on and off screen.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong screen presence, confidence, and clarity in voice.
  • Ability to think spontaneously and handle live sessions.
  • Comfortable with scripts as well as impromptu hosting.
  • Good understanding of social media formats, viral trends, and audience engagement.
  • Prior experience as Anchor/VJ/Host is preferred (freshers with strong talent can apply).
  • Fluency in English / Tamil / Hindi (Additional plus).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related fields.
  • Experience in digital content, YouTube hosting, entertainment shows, or news presenting.
  • Personal Attributes

  • Well-groomed and camera-ready.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong team player and adaptable.
