Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in managing full-cycle web and software development projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, Drupal-based platforms, and team leadership. Prior experience as a Scrum Master is a plus.

Preferred Female candidate only , 5 days work from office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of enterprise scale project (web, mobile).
  • Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee Agile project execution, including sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Coordinate with global stakeholders (including US, UK, APAC, Australia) to gather requirements, manage expectations and ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and dashboards using JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel.
  • Ensure quality assurance and deployment of solutions using best practices and performance optimization.
  • Utilize AWS cloud services, Git and DevOps tools for technical execution (if required).

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years in project management or relevant software development leadership roles.
  • Certified Scrum Master with solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Strong experience in Drupal development, migration and system maintenance.
  • Hands-on technical skills in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML5/CSS3, Linux, Git, AWS, Spark, Scala.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with international teams and managing on-site/offshore delivery.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
