Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Noida. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for designing personalized travel plans, managing reservations, and coordinating travel arrangements. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, offering guidance on travel destinations, booking accommodations and transportation, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends in the travel and tourism industry.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Experience in managing Travel Arrangements and Reservations
  • Strong Customer Service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of travel industry tools, software, and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
