We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Tally Operator to manage daily accounting entries and financial records for our manufacturing unit based in Patna. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP, along with basic knowledge of GST, purchase, and inventory accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP (sales, purchase, journal, payment, and receipt).
  • Maintain and update ledgers, vouchers, and stock records.
  • Assist in GST filing, TDS entries, and reconciliation work.
  • Support inventory and raw material accounting for the manufacturing process.
  • Prepare sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain documentation.
  • Assist the senior accountant in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and audit preparation.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely entry of all financial data in Tally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate (B.Com / M.Com preferred).
  • 1–4 years of experience as a Tally Operator or Accounts Assistant.
  • Strong proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and manufacturing accounting preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
