Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager/General Product Manager (Pharma) based in Mumbai. The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products, managing product portfolios, conducting thorough market and competitor analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities also include planning campaigns, monitoring sales performance, providing training to the sales team, and ensuring business objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in product portfolio management, marketing strategization, and campaign execution in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying customer needs to drive product development
  • Proficiency in sales performance monitoring and collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to train and guide sales teams
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to a dynamic market and optimize business outcomes
  • Advanced understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare market trends within the relevant therapeutic areas
  • Qualification in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field, with prior experience in product management
