Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a human resources executive, located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and managing overall HR activities. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating recruitment processes, conducting employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to support organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage employee records, leave, and attendance
  • Handle onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and close hiring requirements
  • Support HR operations including offer letters, documentation, and compliance
  • Conduct employee inductions and assist with training initiatives
  • Drive performance review cycles and ensure KRA tracking
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities
  • Maintain HR policies and act as the go-to person for employee queries

Qualifications

  • HR Management and HR Operations skills
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Experience in Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in
