Who we are looking for

Design and architect .NET-based applications that align with industry best practices and

compliance standards.

Proven experience as a Lead .NET Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and other relevant .NET technologies.

Collaborate with other technology teams to implement interfaces with external systems and

market data providers.

Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for performance improvement.

Establish and enforce coding standards to ensure the reliability and maintainability of

Application.

Implement testing methodologies, including unit testing and integration testing, to

guarantee the stability of developed solutions.

Experience with database design and management.

Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and experience with tools like Jenkins,

Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions,

ensuring knowledge transfer and ease of maintenance.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.

Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and resource

requirements.

As a plus, candidate with Experience/Knowledge of ETRM processes, energy trading and risk management will be highly regarde
