Role Description

This is a full-time Field work located in Nagpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing sales activities, Generating leads, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and creating sales strategies. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and attending trade shows and meetings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Leadership skills and ability to mentor junior sales staff
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and trade shows
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
