Job Description
Everest Plywood is seeking motivated and result-driven sales professionals to strengthen our presence across Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh. The roles involve dealer/distributor management, achieving sales targets, customer relationship building, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & execute territory-specific sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and manage dealer/distributor networks; ensure timely collections & stock replenishment.
- Conduct market visits, product training, and build strong customer relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in untapped markets.
- Promote companys plywood products through architects, contractors, builders, and carpenters.
- Track competitor activities and share market insights with management.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer records.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of plywood / laminates / building materials industry.
- Proven experience in sales target achievement & dealer network management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical, self-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales tracking tools.
Qualifications & Experience
- Branch Manager / ASM: 5–10 years of sales experience.
- Sr. Sales Executive: 3–7 years of sales experience.
- Jr. Sales Executive: 2–4 years of sales experience.
- Education: Graduate in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred for managerial roles).
- Local market knowledge & regional language fluency is an advantage.
