The incumbent will be responsible forachieving sales targets, managing branch profitability, and building strong customerrelationships to expand LDS Infotech’s footprint in the Pune region.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage overall business with sales & operations for the Pune branch.Drive end-to-end sales activities including market mapping, lead funnel creation,forecasting, and achievement of sales targets and profit margins.Independently introduce, demonstrate, negotiate, and close high-value technologydeals.Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals to Boards and key decisionmakers.Conceptualize and propose software licensing, IT services, and cloudinfrastructure solutions to enterprise customers.Build and nurture long-term customer relationships by engaging with both IT andbusiness stakeholders.Ensure complete accountability for Accounts Receivables and branch P&L.Strengthen relationships with existing customers and promote additional solutions,upgrades, and value-added services.Ensure timely and accurate reporting via CRM and organizational reporting tools.Experience & Skills8–10 years of proven experience in selling technology solutions (Software, ITServices, Cloud Infrastructure).Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams (Team management experiencemandatory).Strong experience in Key
