Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced eCommerce Operations Executive to handle end-to-end operations for Amazon and eBay stores in Australia. The candidate will be responsible for account setup, product listings, pricing management, order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and return handling. The ideal professional should have strong knowledge of Amazon and eBay seller platforms, marketplace compliance, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Setup & Configuration: Create, configure, and optimize Amazon and eBay seller accounts for the Australian market.
  • Product Listing Management: Upload and manage product listings including titles, descriptions, attributes, categories, and images according to platform standards.
  • Inventory & Pricing Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, pricing updates, and promotional offers while ensuring competitive positioning.
  • Order & Shipping Management: Oversee order processing, coordinate with shipping partners, and ensure timely dispatch and delivery tracking.
  • Return & Refund Handling: Manage customer returns, refunds, and replacement processes efficiently in accordance with platform policies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as order defect rate, late shipment rate, and account health to ensure compliance.
  • Customer Support Coordination: Liaise with support teams to handle customer queries, feedback, and reviews professionally.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with Amazon and eBay selling policies, as well as Australian consumer and tax regulations.
  • Report & Analysis: Generate periodic sales and performance reports to help guide business decisions and marketing alignment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon and eBay operations (preferably in the Australian market).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub. Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, and marketplace analytics.
  • Familiarity with inventory management tools and shipping coordination.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple SKUs and brands simultaneously.
  • Flexible to align with Australian business timelines and promotional schedules.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and eBay shipping solutions. Knowledge of GST handling and Australian marketplace policies.
  • Exposure to Amazon Advertising or eBay Promotions Manager.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹ ₹150.00 per hour
