Field Operations Executive

Role Overview -

The Field Operations Executive is responsible for delivering and collecting gadgets across designated Bengaluru operational hubs, ensuring timely onboarding, quality assurance, and support for data collectors. All gadgets will be dispatched from and returned to the Instawork Office, 80 Ft Road, Koramangala, Bengaluru.

Operational Hubs Covered Field Ops may be assigned to any of the following 12 hubs:

1. Peenya / Jalahalli / Dasarahalli Hub

2. RR Nagar / Kengeri Hub

3. Hebbal / Yelahanka / Jakkur Hub

4. Indiranagar / Domlur / Ulsoor Hub

5. BTM / JP Nagar Hub

6. Nagarabhavi / Vijayanagar / Rajajinagar Hub

7. Marathahalli / Bellandur / Outer Ring Road Hub

8. HSR Layout / Koramangala Hub

9. Whitefield / Varthur / Kadugodi Hub

10. Electronic City Hub

11. Banashankari / Kumaraswamy Layout Hub

12. Kalyan Nagar / HRBR / Hennur Hub

Key Responsibilities

1. Gadget Delivery & Collection - Deliver gadgets to assigned locations across hubs. - Ensure timely delivery and pickup. - All gadget flow begins and ends at Instawork Office, 80 Ft Road, Koramangala. - Maintain accurate logs, signatures, and handover details. - Ensure complete accountability for all devices.

2. Onboarding Support (Procapture App) - Assist new data collectors with login and setup. - Guide them through permissions and recording steps. - Ensure onboarding is completed successfully.

3. Live Quality Assurance (QA) - Conduct live checks for camera framing, lighting, and recording quality. - Provide corrective instructions in real time.

4. Real-Time Support - Address recording, login, or app-related issues during shifts. - Escalate technical issues when needed.

5. Reporting & Documentation - Submit daily summaries for deliveries, collections, and issues. - Maintain accurate documentation for all hub activities.

Shift Structure

- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM 

- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM 3:00 AM

Skills & Eligibility

- Field experience preferred.

- Strong knowledge of Bengaluru routes.

- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Kannada).

- Ability to troubleshoot smartphones and apps.

- Must be punctual, dependable, and accountable.

- Smartphone required; two-wheeler preferred.
