Key Responsibilities: 

● Represent the customer. Actively try to understand and build products and features by keeping customers in mind.

● Understand the needs of our customers and business to define the vision, strategy and the roadmap for your product area

● Develop a deep understanding of our customers and build the best product user experiences on their behalf through market research, experimentation, user testing, and data analysis

● Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

● End to end ownership of customer and business metrics

● Drive the cross-functional team (engineering, design, etc.) team to deliver on the product outcomes

● Mentor and manage a team of APMs , PMs & SPM's

Qualifications & Requirements:

● years of relevant product management experience

● Empathy towards needs, concerns and experience of end user of the product

● Strong problem solving skills

● Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for articulating customer challenges
