Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Siliguri, Darjeeling, Sikkim, Bihar, Delhi

Reports To: Human Resources (HR) / Business Head

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, promoting products, and building strong relationships with customers and dealers. This role involves achieving sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers and dealers for product promotion.
  • Present and demonstrate products (e.g., Smart Touch Switches, Smart Door Locks, Water Level Controller, Home Automation Solutions).
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients and dealers to ensure sales closure.
  • Prepare and submit daily/monthly sales reports to the company.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing (freshers may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of home automation products is a plus.
