Job Title:Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract, screen, and hire top tech talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Non/ IT roles, technologies, and recruitment best practices. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, source candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and technical skills needed.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the onboarding process.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to track and manage candidate pipelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and hiring best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Non IT / IT Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Non IT / IT roles, technologies, and programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for [specific technologies, e.g., cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity].
- Previous experience working in an Non IT / IT staffing agency or corporate Non IT / IT recruitment.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
