Job Description:



• The SME will develop content for Mathematics by using appropriate teaching and learning strategies for learners of different ages of their Secondary & Higher secondary schooling.

• The ideal candidate will have in-depth subject-related knowledge and understanding of concepts in Mathematics.

• Knowledge of pedagogy and willingness to learn and unlearn is an essential quality.

• Prior experience in developing educational content or teaching Mathematics will be an added advantage.

• The SME will have to collaborate with other subject matter experts to create integrated content, and should thus have excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• The ability to manage time well and meet timelines is also essential. The curriculum requires the SME to think critically, creatively and conceptually about the subject content being developed to make the content simple, effective, meaningful and engaging for diverse learners.

• The SME should ensure conceptual flow and progression in the content developed.

• The SME will have to also work with designers from time to time to guide the designing of the content related to Mathematics.

• A keen eye for detail would be ideal. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Mathematics and will be keen about innovative approaches to teaching and learning Mathematics for young learners.

• Authoring and Development of Math content using Math XL tool

Interview Levels

First round – Aptitude test
Those who clear the first round only will be eligible for the second round
Second round – Technical test of writing explanatory solutions to the math problems
