EFFICIENCY:

COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Must know how to operate a computer or laptop efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets/Docs.
- Ability to manage and update lead records in CRM or Excel.
- Basic internet research and email communication skills are essential.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
- Connect with potential clients via chat, call, and email to understand their business needs.
- Explain digital marketing services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Management.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Follow up with leads consistently to ensure conversions and closures.
- Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and deal progress in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations team for client onboarding and smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (6 months – 2 years) in sales, business development, or client handling, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems is a plus.
