Room Division Manager

Responsible for overseeing daily front desk operations, managing and training staff, and ensuring high standards of guest service to maintain brand reputation.
Key duties include handling guest check-ins/check-outs, resolving complaints, managing reservations, overseeing billing and records, and collaborating with other departments like housekeeping and maintenance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in hotel management software.
Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise front desk agents to ensure adherence to brand standards and provide excellent guest service.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, room assignments, and billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth hotel operations and a seamless guest experience.
- Financial and Administrative Duties: Manage the front office budget, control inventory and supplies, and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Policy and Standard Enforcement: Ensure all front desk activities comply with hotel policies, brand standards, and relevant legislation.
- Performance Improvement: Monitor front office performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
