Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, marketing, project management, site staff, and corporate functions.
  • Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal systems, KPI frameworks, and employee evaluations.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, conduct skill enhancement programs, and foster employee career growth.
  • Employee Relations: Maintain a healthy work culture, address grievances, and ensure transparent communication across teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach.
