Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist who will handle end-to-end HR operations including basic recruitment support, employee joining formalities, statutory compliance documentation, and HR data management. The candidate should have strong Excel skills and the ability to support day-to-day HR activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support (Partial):
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for junior and mid-level positions
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Support offer letter preparation and follow-ups
Joining & Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Manage employee joining formalities and documentation
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee records and personal files
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes
- Update HRMS and employee master data
Compliance & Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain statutory compliance documents related to PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Bonus, PT, LWF, etc.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance submissions
- Support internal and external audits by providing required HR documents
- Maintain compliance trackers and records
HR Operations & MIS:
- Prepare HR MIS reports using advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll input data
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams for salary processing support
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience as HR Generalist / HR Executive
- Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances
- Strong Excel skills (MIS, data analysis, reports)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manpower outsourcing / multi-location HR operations
- Exposure to HRMS or payroll software
- Ability to handle confidential data responsibly
Reporting To:
HR Manager / Head – HR
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
