JOb Descrption:

Strong Comms with writing skills - stakeholders interaction. Proactive person should have good finance understanding, he should be able to drive the process if required. he will not perform any analysis or reports He should know CTC/PTP - someone who understands AP/AR and how invoice process works. Technical attitude to adapt quickly to the process.  Keywords - Financial operations, OCM or Change management, finance process, QRGs.  We are looking for profiles who have process understanding but at the same time not too much technically/functionally aligned as this role is a blend of functional, project management, business transformation kind of role that drives any kind of functional (finance) change management while also being able to understand tech systems supporting it. In the profiles shared, we could not see mention of either change management, SOP, QRGs (role demand) or relevant key words that might help source such profiles.
