We're seeking an experienced Cloud FinOps Expert who has deep expertise in cloud financial management, cost optimization practices, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in AWS cost management (multi-cloud experience is a strong plus), and with relevant FinOps certifications.

You'll advise on cloud cost management strategies across AWS, provide insights into common FinOps use cases, and collaborate with our engineering team to map real-world challenges into product features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop cloud cost management strategies for scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure.
  • Analyze and optimize cloud resource utilization to minimize waste and costs.
  • Implement chargeback/showback models, forecasting, and cloud governance best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven insights and inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Requirements:
  • 3–6+ years of experience in FinOps, Cloud Cost Optimization, or Cloud Financial Management.
  • Strong practical expertise in AWS Cost Explorer, CUR, CloudWatch, Trusted Advisor, and Budgets.
  • FinOps Certified Practitioner / Advanced Practitioner certification is mandatory.
  • Proven experience implementing cloud security measures, scalability frameworks, and automation tools.
  • Solid technical understanding of cloud architecture, usage drivers, and performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (Finance and Engineering).
