We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administration, while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals.
  • Assist in HR documentation, policies, and compliance tasks.
  • Provide support in performance management and training coordination.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/BA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
