Role Summary
: The
Executive - CRM
will be the first point of contact for potential customers, reaching out to them after receiving leads from the
marketing department, social media, seminars, and other sources
. Role is crucial in guiding customers through their journey, providing them with product information, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring seamless coordination with the sales team.
Beyond making calls, role will be managing customer data, updating lead progress in the
ERP system
, and ensuring timely follow-ups. He/she will act as a bridge between customers and the company, helping them make informed decisions while enhancing their overall experience with us.

Responsibilities:
• Call and connect with potential customers after receiving leads from marketing campaigns, events, and social media platforms.
• Introduce customers to our products, understand their requirements, and provide relevant information to nurture their interest.
• Accurately enter all lead details into the ERP system
and regularly update customer interactions.
• Track lead status and follow up systematically to enhance the conversion rate. Also, Assign leads to the respective sales representatives through the
ERP system
and track updates.
• Share brochures, quotations, and marketing materials with customers based on their inquiries.
• Assist in promotional efforts by informing customers about ongoing offers, new launches, and exclusive deals.
• Address customer inquiries effectively via phone and email, providing timely resolutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable
dental equipment
and services.
• Promote relevant products that align with customer interests to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay updated with
dental industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations
.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications:

Educational background:
Graduate/MBA
·
Experience:
1-3 Years
·
Tech – Savvy:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Experience with
ERP, CRM tools, or database management
is a plus
·
