About the Role
:

Brillbean Ventures Pvt Ltd is expanding its e-commerce operations across India and global markets. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize product listings across multiple Indian and overseas marketplaces, as well as on our upcoming proprietary e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in marketplace listings, catalogue management, and cross-platform product visibility enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end product listings across major Indian and international marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Noon, eBay, etc.).

Coordinate and publish listings on the company's upcoming online platform.

Ensure accuracy, completeness, and SEO optimization of product titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and images.

Maintain and update product catalogues, including new launches, inventory changes, and discontinued SKUs.

Work closely with internal teams (procurement, branding, tech, and operations) to collect content, images, specifications, and compliance documents.

Monitor catalog health, resolve listing errors, and ensure compliance with platform policies.

Track and analyze listing performance; suggest improvements based on data insights.

Manage bulk uploads, category mapping, and attribute optimization for better search ranking and visibility.

Coordinate with marketplace account managers for smoother approvals and promotional opportunities.

Ensure timely listing of new products aligned with business priorities and launch schedules

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketplace product listing and catalog management.

Strong knowledge of Indian marketplaces; experience with global marketplaces is a plus.

Hands-on expertise in bulk listing tools, templates, and basic Excel proficiency.

Familiarity with SEO principles, marketplace policies, and product taxonomy.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process-oriented mindset.
