Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and persuasive
Associate Director of Admissions
to lead and manage the
end-to-end enrollment process
. The ideal candidate will engage with parents, counsel students, and drive admissions conversions through trust, communication, and consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the
    admissions funnel
    — from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Conduct
    high-impact counseling
    sessions with parents and students.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships through
    timely follow-ups
    via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless admissions journeys.
  • Track and report admission metrics, conversion rates, and follow-up performance.
  • Represent TidaSports' values of
    integrity, inspiration, and impact
    in every interaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–8 years of experience in
    Admissions / EdTech / Counseling / Sales leadership
    .
  • Excellent
    communication, persuasion, and relationship-building
    skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort using CRM tools.
  • A passion for
    education and sports
    is a must
