Work Mode: 5 Days (Work from Office)

Shift: Day Shift

Exp: Experience with IT product or IT service industry is mandate

Role Overview:

The profile plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency across key finance processes. This role involves managing trackers for operations and consultancy, booking provisions and prepaid, overseeing fixed asset capitalization and depreciation, and supporting monthly closings. The candidate is also responsible for statutory filings such as TDS returns and 15CA/CB, reconciliation of facility costs, and verification of foreign vendor invoices.

In addition, the role supports strategic activities including branch/entity incorporation, bank guarantee validation, and maintaining long-term deferred cost (LTDC) records. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of financial controls, and the ability to collaborate across departments to uphold data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS/GAAP
  • Maintain and update the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Tracker for accurate cost monitoring
  • Perform provision and prepaid expense bookings in line with accounting standards
  • Manage the Consultancy Tracker to monitor vendor engagements and associated costs
  • Oversee fixed asset capitalization and depreciation accounting as per policy
  • Lead the monthly financial closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • File TDS returns and ensure timely deposit of TDS in compliance with statutory requirements
  • Handle Form 15CA/CB filings for foreign remittances in coordination with tax advisors
  • Reconcile facility costs and related provisions to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Verify foreign vendor invoices for compliance with contractual and tax requirements
  • Support branch/entity incorporation processes, including documentation and regulatory filings
  • Conduct Bank Guarantee (BG) verification and maintain related records

  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and juggling diverse responsibilities.

Working Experience and Qualification

CA with 5-7 years or MBA finance with 10 years of experience with prior experience in closing and reporting
