  • Store maintenance: Keeping aisles clean and tidy, and performing other tasks to maintain the store's appearance.
  • Unloading and inventory: Receiving shipments, verifying stock, and sometimes checking expiration dates to remove expired products.
  • Checkout duties: Some floor staff may also be trained to work at the checkout counters, scanning items, and processing payments.
