Skillset - Excellent communication skills, Should not have MTI, Should be flexible for Rotational shift, Good typing skills
CTC - 3.5 Lpa to 4.2 Lpa
Variables
1. Night Shift Allowance 150 rs everyday
2. Zeta Meal Card - INR 1100/month i.e. INR 13200/- PA
3. Internet Allowance - INR 1250/month i.e. INR 15000/- PA
4. Health insurance benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs
5. Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
6. Transportation Allowance/ Pickup & Drop Facility provided within (30 KM radius from Office)
- Remote/Onsite? - Work from Home / Hybrid

Job timings / weekend off - Rotational week off (2 day off a week)

Primarily through mail, chat and phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment.
