Role Details
- Meet and greet walk-in customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle customer feedback, enquiries, complaints courteously.
- Builds and maintain strong relationships with new customers.
- Work within the team to ensure store sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Accountable to achieve sales targets.
- Execute VM and marketing activities within the store.
- Cross-sell products.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide customer real-time feedback to the Store Manager.
- Stay up to date with new products/services

Educational Qualification Graduates Experience Required Minimum Experience 1 year in Retail

**Experience**:
