Role Overview

We're looking for a Marketing Lead to drive our marketing efforts, own campaign strategy, and contribute directly to our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own campaign strategy, execution, and reporting across 3–5 concurrent initiatives.
  • Manage the content factory — including case studies, landing pages, emails, ads, webinars, and PR moments.
  • Run A/B testing and experimentation on creatives, offers, landing pages, and pricing signals.
  • Set up and optimize MarTech and automation workflows (CRM, emails, forms, scoring, pixel hygiene, UTM discipline).
  • Partner with leadership to shape category narratives and lead flagship launches.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B growth/marketing, with multi-business unit context switching.
  • Proven track record in pipeline contribution, CAC reduction, and managing paid + organic channels.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one SaaS marketing motion.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Zoho, GA4, Looker (or equivalent), and expertise in LinkedIn Ads/Google Ads.
  • Strong experience with webinars and community engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent copywriting skills, structured thinking, and a strong operator mindset.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Diploma/Certification in Office Management or related field will be an advantage.
