Job Title: Dealer Sales Representative (DSR)

Location: Patna, Bihar

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in terms of value and volume.
  • Develop new dealer and body shop networks in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Handle channel sales and improve market penetration.
  • Organize painter meets, promotional events, and other market activation activities.
  • Collect market intelligence and report on competitor activities and product trends.
  • Identify and convert potential leads into active customers.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and implement dealer schemes and promotional offers.
  • Provide product support and coordinate with technical trainers to resolve customer issues.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, maintain records of visits, and manage expense reporting.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Plan and forecast sales in alignment with business goals.
  • Follow up on payment collections and ensure reconciliation of outstanding dues.
  • Manage credit notes, order processing, and dealer account health.

Key Skills Required

  • Sales planning and territory management.
  • Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with automotive or industrial paint sales is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics.
