CSO / SO / ASO (Security Incharge Level)

Role & responsibilities

• To ensure the overall safety and security of a company's premises, personnel, and assets. Their responsibilities include:
• Overseeing and managing security operations, including monitoring surveillance systems and performing regular security checks update to top management.
• Responding to security incidents and emergencies promptly, and investigating and documenting incidents, accidents, or any security-related concerns.
• To controlling access to the premises, preventing unauthorized entry.
• Training and educating employees on security awareness, emergency response procedures, and evacuation plans
• Liaising with external agencies and emergency services when necessary .
• Strong Commanding power with ability to handle any situations
• Maintaining an up-to-date record of security incidences and trends, and reporting for management information.
• Providing advisory services to the company on all matters related to security

Preferred candidate profile

1.Ex-Defence with 05 years Industrial Experience

1. Strong Leadership and communication skill.

3.Person resident should be either any South Indian state other than Karnataka, Work location @ hospet (KA)

1. Willing to shift with family will be added advantage.

2. Good computer's knowledge and Training skills etc.,
